Tanifeed Limited is a product of grace, hard work, dedication, and resilience. From a little beginning over four decades ago through the entrepreneurial skills of Mrs Tanimowo Olawale Morohundiya who started as a supplier of raw materials like maize, corn offal, palm kernel cake (PKC), and also groundnut cake (GNC).

She would go to farms around Lagos and its environment asking for the produce they have. She also goes to the Hausa community in the Agege area to buy raw materials and supply them to companies and individuals. One of her major customers back then was NYSC in Agege; she also supplies Sure Man in Ikotun and other individuals and companies in Ikorodu.
Having established a strong customer base through the supply route and not wanting to rest on her oars, she again ventured into buying and selling imported feeds like fish meal, getting her supplies from Indian suppliers like Anil and Prakash. She was the first to sell corn offal around Ikotun and by extension, Alimosho, before other people started buying into the idea of selling such a product.
As time went by, her children joined her in the trade. They would go to the shop after school and gradually get integrated into the business, adding value by bringing in innovation and expanding its frontiers.
